Monday, June 13th, 2011: Ryan Royster went on a hitting rampage last week against Pacific Conference pitchers and collected the Player of the Week Award.
The Colorado Springs left fielder connected for 9 hits in 20 at-bats and 2 home runs. For the week he hit .450 with 7 RBIs and scored 5 runs.
Thus far this year Royster is hitting .235 with 9 home runs, 37 RBIs and 28 runs scored.
